مراجعة الميزانية مهمة على الأقل كل أسبوع مرة، هل توافقني أم لا؟

no i disagree.
I would prefer to conduct preventive controls and to keep improving these controls over time to reduce non-wanted variances from occurrence Instead of wasting time in investigating, detecting and reporting unfavorable variances and have meetings with persons in charge to discuss and correct as the initial goal from budget won't be met easily through detection procedures (considering that detecting controls are more easy to conduct by budget control team than preventing controls)

نعم اوافق في حال اصبح سوق العمل يتظارب

المراجعه الدوريه مهمه لانه تساعد في اعادة التفدير وتجعل المؤسسه في خضم العمل ومعرفتة المشاكل التاتجه قبل تفحلها

لا اوافق لان الميزانية عن فترة مالية منتهية و تمثل نتيجة اعمال

ولكن يمكن استخدام الميزانية فى اعداد خطط مستقبلية و وضع خطة استراتيجية للشركة يحقق لها النمو و الانتشار
