Do you take criticism positively or negatively?

it must be taken positively, and a good motivation for improvment and remediation

Positively; It motivates to perform even better.

Basically there are two type of criticism - Positive and Negative.
Both the criticism should be considered in positive manner.
In Negative criticism the person criticizing you has pre-determined agenda to insult you....At this point of time you should develop the capacity to patient and do the counter attack systematically.
Such criticism will help you enhancing your capacity for patient, systematical attack using appropriate logic etc.
However in the positive criticism, the person is trying to insult you in form of Taunt.
But at this time you should not loose your patient and should use such criticism in you favor.

Criticism must be taken positively as it is a signal that you are being noticed and those criticizing actually care for you so that you become aware of your weakness and improve.
It is the quality of good leader to be courageous to accept criticism positively.
In my opinion a person who is criticized is the leader in the making.

I really appreciate constructive critics.
Look at it this way: A restaurant that is not willing to learn from critic is more than likely to close down quickly.
We are standing still when we are unwilling to accept different perspectives.
We do not always have to agree…..

I take it positively if constructive because it gives me room to learn more.
