What is your manager's management style? are you happy with it?

As a learning person I always try to add value on my manager's style.
Whether I am happy with his style or not I remain looking after research and development in the managerial process.

to be interactive and reports monthly to him with clear ideas on how to improve the department operations process and to have integrity and optimism and sense of hummer off course always do the trick

I respect and regard my manager highly. He is very proactive in identifying the cons of certain decisions and opinions and is very wise to turn them around and see the best done. 

I'm working as a marketing and sales manager in my company , and i give my report every week , I'm really happy to work with them , in a really friendly environment , and i have friendly relationship with my subordinates too .

How does your manager want you to report to him? Yes & all issues with his hand Does he Macro manages or Micro? Micro Manager are you comfortable with his style, and if you are a manager right now, do you treat your subordinates the same? Yes & sharing with them everything , in addition to give them good space with good delegations, in which I belive this is the only way for continous education

I'm very active and managers very happy for this activity but poor economic conditions for my company leads to the loss of my job

some time yes and some time no, although i develop my plan himself but if my manager giving instructions i listen carefully and try to manage but finally i do myself.

there is no clear style , i will not

My management's style is based on outcomes and objectives only.
They give me autonomy in my area and I have the responsibility to align my targets towards business targets.
We use OPA.
Outcome, Purpose and Action Plan to manage ourselves.
We have to prepare our own personal development plan as well accordingly because it is important for us to manage ourselves besides managing our Company.
If we can't manage ourselves we can't manage our Company.
