It's important to consider what you'll do, if you're faced with a difficult or strange question that you are unable to answer right away. If you didn't understand the question, ask the interviewer to reword it. If you can't answer it right away, say 'let me think about that for a moment,' or you can say 'i'll need to think this one through, let me get back to you on this one, etc.'
One of the most difficult questions is probably, 'what is your greatest weakness' since one doesn't want to talk about something that will make them look inferior or unfit for the job and you don't want to say you have none because that is abviously a lie. When answering such questions, talk about some weakpoint that isn't directly related to the job and then explain how you overcame it.

the hardest question was how to assess my current career progress ... this is the hardest question since I cant tell the hr I am satisfied since im currently being interviewed , and I cant say that I aint satisfied since I would appear to be unprofessional
