Tell and inspire from the top and show example. Handle and approach the staff with care, they have feelings. Engage and inspire managers and supervisors so that they can inspire and involve their teams and find the strengths of their team members. Keep the staff informed and use different information channels. Listen to the staff and listen further, silence is a warning signal. Welcome suggestions and reward usefull suggestions and implement those to encourage further suggestions.
That should be about the recipe. A good reflection of the company attracts good employees and customers.
