What stands for HVAC ? In your opinion what is the best temperature value to set your air conditionning system ? 20°C or 22 °C or 25°C ?

 In the summer months the average  temperature setting is78°-80°(25-26 C), in the winter 70°-72° (21-22 C)

22°C - is an average setting for the winter time (72 F)

25°C - is an average setting for the summer time (80 F)

20°C -68 F  - I feel very comfortable in this temperature in winter, however set it to between

72 F and74 F during the summer (22-23 C)

To my believe,20 is good enough, but will leave it the expert for their few regarding the optimal temperature.

You have to adjust the temperature to increase the majority of people to be comfortable depends on many factors, " hospitals, schools", possibly around22C-25C or70F-78F.

In the Gulf region where we live under high temperatures in the summer and  moderate or a little cool  temperatures  in the winter, the temperature of  25ْ   I find it's very suitable in summer
