How difficult is it to get a job for a Human Resources or Customer Service Professional? How much time is required to find a job?

Normally4-6 weeks but depends on where you live it can be longer. And in some GCC countries HR is not a career for foreigners anymore. 

its a hard and long walk but if you are good at what you do,the wait finally counts when you get it

I think it is difficult to get a job at:

the customer service department.

This is because customer service employees are like representatives (if not actual representatives). A customer service mistake in a business would throw that business in jeopardy.
