How to manage production Planning? whenever forecast has fluctuate 50% as well as production capacity are not meeting to sales target?

Dear zeeshan, If there is a situation that our Production capacity is not meeing with our sales targets,then there is an alternate that we should outsourced that product or commodity from an external sources or we should develop any third party for manufacture that product by the means of job work which we say.

As per my understanding and experience, the best way to use at this time is to interact with Sales team more closely probably weekly in case the production capacities are not meeting the required sales demand to align your production what is most important to market, rather than just focusing on increasing the production or productivity of shop floor. Because at the end of the day what will matter most is the revenue that you have generated.
