7) Being Humble. When customer is not happy, be apologetic, understand their discomfort and be quick in providing solution. If you cant solve instantly, be honest in giving commitment and ask for time e.g. sir/Mam give me a day's time, I will certainly come up with solution. And leave upto the commitment.
8) Do not mix your mood with work. Good, Great, Bad or worst...always always always be there for customer.
9) Followup your customers regularly. They should not feel that you have forgotten them. If required, send a nice bunch of flowers with reminder note for new products.
