It's Important to keep current customers as a part of the whole company plan to increase customers no. so if u can satisfy current clients you are able to get more & more
i am impressed with the level of awareness on the importance of surveys and its all correct. the only point i would here indicate is that the surveys importance from the customer satisfaction form only 50%. the other 50% of surveys importance goes to Employee Satisfaction. "Happy Employee lead to Happy Customer". Over the past 10 years, lots of large organization started to think out of the box and look over the satisfaction of customers but never managed to improve on the scores by much. And in the last 5 years, those organizations started to measure the satisfaction of their employees as its proven to be an effective way to increasing the customer satisfaction scores effectively..
Customer satisfaction Survey is very important for companies which is looking forward to become the leading company because it show that the company really care about the Customer & in the same time feedback is always a good way to develop so if you can do what the customer really want to have that will make you number one company for him & he will be recommending your company to other and that is a good way of marketing which based on the word of mouth but let me say that if you are providing a customer satisfaction & you can't improve your service or having a barrier you will be losing all so if you really welling to satisfy your customers & improve you'r self so go for it if not so first improve your company as much as you can then do it
