I did, and then I desided to set the boundries.
Got a few complains, and I told my boss if I have to be available24/7, the company would pay me accordingly.
In my opinion calling people outside working hours is disrespectful and I would never do it to my employees because I respect them!

I learned that if a person is called by an employee after calling hours it only means that either the person is not competent to complete or do work well in office hours or either management is incompetent to understand his work. Employer should understand that they have not bought the person, they are only paying as he is competent. 

 

Give every problem15 minutes of focus, it will get solved, if not leave it and move on. Do not bring office work at home, if you need a good life.
