According to me there is a knowledge share portal which has all the updated information of a problem occurred in an organization along with the solution and steps performed. Later on, using filtration it can be filtered, the occurrence of a specific problem which then can be compared with all the steps performed in order to fix that particular problem and then apply that fix well in advance on another allotted machine.
