Well, You could1st try the 'Three-Way Colour corrector' already pre-built inside Premiere. It does fairly good job in sorting out your colour correcting for clips.

For plug-in route I mostly use the Red giant's Magic bullet looks. It's truly exceptional for what it is priced for. You can even browse the library of styles if you want a cinematic to instagramming style.

Note: Colour correcting and Colour grading are two separate steps.
