Yes I care about workplace diversity. When the crew is made up of employees with diverse backgrounds, ages and races, and levels of professional experience and education backgrounds and social development. This can be a challenge to manage diverse place workers, but the place offers the benefits of a diverse work otherwise not be realized without workplace diversity.

Workplace is the environment where the human factor is the major player. Humans have different attitudes, behavior, feelings and way of thinking, so you have to have a kind of diversity to be able to handle all of that with respect and understanding.

Diversity is the inclusion of things, people, and places that are different. For example, having different races, genders, ages, and ethnicities of people in one place is showing great diversity. No one thing or person is the same and is made up of different cultures and backgrounds. Also diversity can be the different opinions of individuals.

Diversity is the reality and should be valued as such. The world is narrowing and the different races, religions, sexual conditions, nationalities, among others, are coming IN and OUT of the business environment. The richness of plurality should be used to solving problems and getting new point of views. The more a mind is closed to this development the lower the acceptance for this current fact, ot only hindering the work environment but the evolution of the human being. Receive and accept the plurality is the natural way of progress.
