People tend to use3D Max or Sketchup more often for Arch-Viz because most Companies and most Architecture Universities and colleges Use them, i don't think there's really any advantage that those two have over Cinema4D when it comes to actual production, specially now that there is VrayforC4D plugin that works the same as Vray for any other software
