it's just like puzzle parts. personal objectives and corporate objectives alike value learning and human value above most other aspects of a job, many managers see it as an important part of their business. So if managers aren’t supportive and actively involved, employee growth is stunted. So is engagement and retention.

With respect to Business Management, the importance should be given to 'Corporate Objectives' along with 'Human Values'.

All of these are important. But Human Values it reflects all personal and corporate objectives.
"Corporate Objectives" are more important. The reason being that "Personal Objectives" and "Human Values" can be achieved only if the business is surviving and growing and for the same it is essential that the objectives are being met.
