Preparing financials of Case New Holland Pvt. Ltd. and Schneider Electric within3 days and submit the same in XBRL form to ministry of corporate affairs

Repealing the existing HP Payroll system for adopting to Oracle Functional HRMS was the toughest accounting task faced by me over the last30 years of my work experience. Payroll has always been a last-touch domain while systematizing the process, being critical especially when handling a total approximate staff strength of nearly1,000 nos. Synchronizing Personnel, Staff Manual Rules, Payroll and interfacing to General Ledger had been a grueling task, though successful in the mission at the end.
