How do you handle employee who are non-disciplined at work?

I would handle showing my kindness triple of times(past strories when logistics was happening thorugh faxes) after he is matured with his independent work

When he loses his control of anger (not aggression) with clients or with his work, would then allow him to chose his path.

To make them disciplined  one to one talk, Involve good  team  members to deal, reward & punishment method should be taken to make people disciplined & in future he can be the best team member.
