As a good teacher what are your strategies to keep your students' attention on during the class?

The matter you are teaching should be of some interest to students and from time to time you ask questions to see if  your students understand or not . The course also should be interactive with Participation of the students

According to my12 years of University teaching, a positive challange  would be sufficient to do the job. But on one condition, never creating jealousy among them. Within this phase comes the role of a well educated instructor.
