I think that depends on the sales market to be selling it
In my opinion, the most difficult is the yacht
Depends on the cliental.
The person who is buying a yacht would right a check verses the one who is buying a boot is looking for a bank to finance it.
The more the profit margin & the lower the demand-the most difficult it is to sell.
YACHT would be my answer.
Our world is offering
These four are playing with very emotion of the buyer. This makes any buyer to face difficulties in choosing any product. Comparetively, Selling is not that difficult when once you know how to influence the buyer to buy you in the first place.
It depends upon the product,market and customer.For a sales person nothing is impossible if he/she is in the right market with right product to right customer.
Luxury items... not every one needs them ...

I think there are no difficult item to sell. Being a salesman you should be optimistic that you can sell everything Having a positive outlook in life you can sell everything. That is your job to sell the item with regardless of price or if it is a luxury. This is your bread and butter. I think you can sell them.
from my side of opinion if it was easy to sell any of these products then we wouldn't had jobs at all
on the other hand the key to sell any of the mentioned product its to create the demand of the product with the customers
