Customer waiting for you while you are on the phone with customer, after you finished your Manager called you to come immediately to his/her office.

I try to act professionally apologize from the Director, phone client tell him I shall revert to contact you within30 minutes. Hall client or located far is the most important for me because70% will consummate a purchase

I will advise the Manager that the customer is waiting for me  . and i will come to his/her office after attending costumer and fulfill his requirement
