Can interest on loan which is to be paid quarterly withe repayment of principal in the next 13 years, be capitalized in total or whole today?

we received today5,000,000 Euro (principal) for13 years and interest to be paid1,7650,000 Euro in total. can we capitalize whole interest at once today in the book or it will be capitalized yearly basis?

in other words can we add total interest today into the investment in project, while it is to be paid quarterly basis with the repayment of principal amount in next13 years
