HOW CAN AN EMPLOYER SATISFY HIS EMPLOYEE DURING HIS SEND OFF ?

An Employer can satisy his employee by giving/providing their needs/rights.

I m not calling the Employee asking for something related to his work.if the Employer needs something urgent he should apologize before he asks his question.

1. Give employees remunaration and provident fund at the cuttect time.
2. Money and experience is the back bone of the company because the empioyer can enter a family member in the organisation.

Hello, i am not sure if i got your answer well but i will try to answer based on this: i understand the question that: how can an Employer satisfy his Employee while the Employee is in vacation? my answer is by:
1- not calling the Employee asking for some thing related to his work.
2- if the Employer need some thing urgent he should apologize before he ask his question.
3- the Employer should give an impression that he is happy for him to take a vacation to have rest.
