That doesn't bather me any more, as I am not looking at this moment, but I can tell you that I registered at Bayt.com in2008 and during the period between2008 and2010, I believe I applied for more than500 vacancies but have never ever got a reply, not even a regret letter.

I think it is better to work on development, it is very interesting to participate in specialties question answering, it is some kind of mind-share, we must use this time increase our ratings, take and publish more tests, get higher ranks, we are selling our heads now so we must make our "product" more attractive to "consumer",it is challenge, those who can do good sales can very well sell their heads -look at this like at regular selling action -you do many calls, you present your product in best way, you give it the best image and show consumer its best functionality and win win approach-
