I do agree with the question. It becomes easier for the company to achieve the objective / goal if the management considers the employees as part of them. In such case the whole mechanism works as a team and employees are satisfied. Do not consider the Management as 'MASTER' and employees as "SERVANT'. Otherwise, it will work fine.

so when the managment concerned about employees, they will feel by their importance and this feeling encourage to work better.

I agree with you up to some extent as this type of honor is good from Management but some times this type of feeling misguide the employee in regards to his professional growth and career.

Yes . to some extent. i have realised in my career.I was successful whenever i adopted this policy. Also the "carrot and stick "policy is most viable- ofcousre more of" carrot "and minimum of "stick" works well
