If you want to change small characters to capital characters in excel, which formula you will use if u want to change the first letter only?

there are many ways and solutions:

=UPPER(LEFT(A1;1))&RIGHT(A1;LEN(A1)-1)

=REPLACE(A1;1;1;UPPER(LEFT(A1;1)))

If your word is on Colum A1 you can use this formula

=REPLACE(REPLACE(A1,1,1,UPPER(LEFT(A1,1)))

I think only good way is to copy text to word and change it using Shift + F3 command and then copy it back to the excel.
