Yes, for i believe that one can be more productive is one enjoys what they do.
Yes , very much ,i work in a tv channel as a anchor on social issues , and off course i earn money.

Well, I like to work in media field.
I love my job.
But, I am open for a new role too.
And, I desire to earn more money based upon my talent, skills and experience.
