Excellent Maintenance and Troubleshooting experience in Plant rotating equipments like Pump, Compressors,  and other Have Machinery. Hands on experience in Replace defective parts of machines or adjust clearances and alignment of moving parts, Align machines and equipments using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, vibe row pin pay row meter and plumb bobs. Laser Alignment Experience is a must.

Commencement of work might include preparation, mobilization, setting up site office.  In short all activities prior to starting the execution of work as per scope, drawing, design and specification

Signing date and commencement date of the contract are different.

In FIDIC type of contracts, commencement date is the date at which precedent condition has all been fulfilled (like right of access to the construction site and possession of the site-given to Contractor by the Employer or Performance security received by the Employer from Contractor, Receipt of the advance payment - by the Contractor from Employer) and instruction to commence the works is received by Contractor.

So, only after the Contractor is in the possession of the site he is able to determine a detailed time program of works.

This days period is to Determine the Critical logic , long lead procurement Items,Risk factors and the initial guidance to the project endeavor.
