Why it is important being a leader not to attribute the success to yourself only?

Leaders are leaders because they lead others. Teamwork is fundamental, the different opinions/ideas, perspectives. It is matter of aligning to the company's goal and let everyone participate on how, as a team, we can reach and surpass that goal. A group of people that believe in the same goal and provide different ideas on how to get there will strive to succeed.
