Everyone has a different mind-set, and therefore opinions vary person to person. In my view Employee turnover is dependent on the complete work environment that they are been offered by their employees. Underneath you may find my opinion and not only what I am thinking, it won't wrong to say these are common views and basic points used to form a good work culture but I ask you a question, if you feel these are right points then how far are you I mean your organisation following them.
