What is the best English teaching method for kids?

Reading. The more practice in reading that students get the better their chances of mastering the language and vocabulary.  Read in English and discuss in whatever language. Using both languages will help the students get an idea of what the word means and use it properly.

I am sorry because my major does not fall under teaching kids. However, in my humble view, I believe watching videos and talking with the kids are very important factors for quick learning.

By the easiest way you see it  suitable for them..E.g for kids in the first level you can use pics and videos. or maybe shapes to clarify lesson.

Teaching English, like teaching any subject, the basic pedagogical intervention will be to understand where are the children at in terms of what they know and what they do not know in relation to your objective? What do you want to teach and what is their level of competence?  It is important to always assess preknowledge of the subject you want to teach.  Another important issue relates to the learning style as well as the learning intelligence of the learners.  All of us have minds that are wired differently.  We think and learn in different ways and it is important to establish, particularly, amongst children, what their style and intelligence is.  For example, someone who flourishes with learning by seeing should be encouraged to do so.  More visual experiences will enhance the learning experience.  It is also pivotal during this process to understand what interests the child.  Contextual information is always important.  Where is the learner from, how has this learner been socialised into reading and writing, what kind of exposure did the child receive with regard to intellectual work and have all the developmental milestones been met.  So teaching children requires an holistic approach.  An approach that views the whole child and not isolated to teaching a specific topic.

First thing of all, find your kids interest and his/her learning styles only then any method of workable. 

I think the best method of teaching for all especially kids is by interaction and active involvement. One need to use the audio and visual effects.  Teaching them by rhymes and Story telling and allowing them to be part of the story would enhance their learning. This can be followed up by regular reading, writing etc

While teaching to kids one should think of himself as a kid.You should control your temper.You should control your emotions.The kids would deviate from the topic you will create the attractive environment to catch their concentration.Moving from simplicity to complex is another important thing.Teach them the most simple things first and then move to the difficult ones gradually.
