It has been reported that out of100% there are40% of executives describe themselves as introverts, including Microsoft’s Bill Gates, the tuber-investors Warren Buffett and Charles Schwab, Avon’s chief executive, Andrea Jung, and the late publishing giant Katharine Graham.
The world famous President Barack Obama is an innie introverts nature as well.
Now the introverts, not just extroverts, have the right stuff to lead organizations in a go-go, extroverted business culture.
Introverts are likely to be solitary, quietly reflective and reserved.
Introverts favor environments that are simpler.
Introverts need less outside motivation to function well.
Introverts feel exhausted if they arrange with people they are meeting for the first time and do small talk.
Introverts are more attentive and work unhurriedly and purposefully.
Introverts communicate better by writing than talking.
Introverts will engage in small talk after they are done with substantive discussion.
Introverts all who are “reflective, cerebral, bookish, unassuming, sensitive, thoughtful, serious, contemplative, subtle, introspective, inner-directed, gentle, calm, modest, solitude-seeking, shy, risk-averse, and thin-skinned.” It had been reported that, the world would be devoid of Introverted Isaac Newton’s theory of gravity, Albert Einstein’s theory of relativity, William Yeats’ “The Second Coming,” Frederic Chopin’s nocturnes, Marcel Proust’s In Search of Lost Time, J.M.
Barrie’s Peter Pan, George Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty Four and Animal Farm, Dr.
Seuss’s The Cat in the Hat, Charles Schulz’s Charlie Brown, Steven Spielberg and his Schindler’s List, E.T.
and Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Google and Harry Potter, among many others.
Mahatma Gandhi, who was an introvert and yet led such a large movement.
After a day of meeting people and addressing crowds, he regained his energy by reflecting and meditating — all telltale behaviors of an introvert.
He believed, “In a gentle way we can shake the world.” Here are seven key characteristics that help introverted leaders build on their quiet strength and succeed.1.
Introverts think first, talk later---Introverted leaders think before they speak.2.
Introverts focus on depth---Introverted leaders seek depth over breadth.
They like to dig deep, delving into issues and ideas before moving on to new ones.3.
Introverts are Homebound---Introverts, in contrast, may have strong social skills and enjoy parties and business meetings, but after a while, wish they were home in their pajamas.
They prefer to devote their social energies to close friends, colleagues, and family.
They listen more than they talk, and think before they speak.
They tend to dislike conflict.
Many have a horror of idle conversations, but enjoy deep discussions.4.
Introverts exude calm---Introverted leaders are low-key.
In times of crisis, they project a reassuring, calm confidence–think President Obama–and they speak softly and slowly regardless of the heat of the conversation or circumstances.5.
Introverts let their fingers do the talking--- Introverted leaders usually prefer writing to talking.
This comfort with the written word often helps them better articulate their positions and document their actions.6.
Introverts embrace solitude---Introverted leaders are energized by spending time alone.
They suffer from people exhaustion and need to retreat to recharge their batteries frequently.
These regular timeouts actually fuel their thinking, creativity and decision-making and, when the pressure is on, help them be responsive, not reactive.
When introverts honor that inner pull, they can do their best work.7.
Introverts honoring one’s own style---Introverted leaders trust their gut and share their ideas as powerfully as they can.
Finally we can say that,Introverts are capable of best leading, as because —1.
They are empathic.2.
They think before they act.3.
They are creative.4.
They lead with “soft power.”

If you’re the founder of a start-up, there’s a chance you might not be one of those naturally outgoing types that companies typically look for to lead a company.
And if that’s the case, it might be a good thing.
According to Laurie Helgoe, author of Introvert Power: Why Your Inner Life Is Your Hidden Strength, there are some circumstances in which an introvert might be an ideal leader — and a start-up might be one of those places.
Here’s why.
A start-up is typically full of self-motivated people looking to make a difference.
In that case, a leader who’s not afraid to get out of the way and let his or her employees shine might be the best person to be in charge.
As Helgoe puts it, “introverts are more effective leaders of proactive employees.
When you have a creative, energetic work force, an introvert is going to draw out that energy better.”

There are a lot of factors to this simple question, some are born with an inborn nature to have a vision defined and the means to reach there irrespective of the time involved.
I personally feel that introverts are happy in their own world, they have time to think and move their cards, they are not under the social pressure to match up to the societal expectations, in simple words, they just don't care putting up a face for the world, which simply doesn't define them, and hence, we know, such people have always surprised over exceeded the expectations of people around them.

hi alka........The world is filled with extroverts, and people and society are held hostage to an “extrovert ideal,” the ubiquitous conviction that the ideal self is sociable and at ease in the limelight.
But introverts proliferate, too, and they tend to be solitary, quietly reflective and reserved.
Introverts favor environments that are simpler.
Extroverts bloom in noisy, deafening, jam-packed and high-octane milieus that drive introverts crazy.
Introverts need less outside motivation to function well, be it a lesser number of people or quieter workplaces.
Extroverts are people who need people, preferring to be with people as they find them revitalizing.
Introverts require some quiet time to recharge at the end of a busy day meeting people.
Extroverts get refreshed meeting people.
Introverts feel exhausted if they convene with people they are meeting for the first time and do small talk.
Extroverts perform their assignments swiftly and make speedy decisions while they may be multitasking.
Introverts are more attentive and work unhurriedly and purposefully.
They communicate better by writing than talking.
Introverts will engage in small talk after they are done with substantive discussion.
Extroverts start with small talk.

Introverts become the best leaders,as because of the following reasons: Introverts are good listener Introverts are positive thinker Introverts are less speaker, but speak best Introverts accept others ideas easily Introverts avoid high risk decision Introverts deeply understand others Introverts avoid quarrel Introverts manage time and energy

Such a sweeping generalization is wrong.
Neither Introverts or extroverts make good leaders.
The conditionality is that they make good leaders - given the right set of circumstances that will suit their inner characteristics.
Introverts, just like extroverts, have advantages in distinct fields, circumstances and soft skills.
For instance, you cannot imagine an introvert cheerleading a retail store, or for that matter an extrovert solving the crisis at company.
Introverts seem to be better placed when their "thinking" and "strategising" is more useful and needed.
To put it in IT terms, they are more like nuance algorithms than brute force.
Introverts also tend to excel in few areas where extroverts cannot even tread - diplomacy, accountancy, research, banking, psychology, counseling etc.

Because since they are introverts, they gave themselves much time to be well developed and self responsible and when time comes and they join the society in a job then they have the opportunity to share the ideas of their own which might be different from the others..
in a simple way to explain.
..
Introverts they just build their own world and then they surprise with time.

In many questions we have to choose between extremes.
Something I don't like because nothing is black or white.
Introverts can be as good leaders as extroverts but with different qualities.
In my opinion an extroverted person will be a leader easier than an introvert person because for him is more natural to make personal and labour relationships with other people.
Communicates better than a introvert person so, is logical people follow this a person of this profile.
But an introvert person also can be a leader because this kind of people puts a lot of pressure to themselves to reach a high limit and after they ask for the same high level to the team he has in charge.
