I was thinking of my persoanl experiences and i guess all four are appropriate for different situations....as i was part of four ways in either of the times

I will go with option3, i prefer to react as situation demands..

The best anwer is , I prefer working under pressure, it motivates me and helps me being more effective. And this is true.

I think pressure can be avoided if there is good planning.

I will work harder and do everything possible to make sure I meet all the expectations I react to situations rather than to pressure.

I rather work in a calm environment, but since I am a borderline intro/extrovert I can switch gears in a second analyze what needs to be done and take action
