What Is TQM. (Total Quailty Management System)...........

1-It Provides Overall Concept that Fosters Continuous Improvement In The Organizations...

2-Its Philosophy Stress a Systematic, Integrated, Consistent Organization-Wide Perspective Involving Everyone & Every Thing......

3-It Primarily Focuses On Total Customer Satisfaction. (Internal & External Both)

But Drawings .An Accounting Record Maintained To Track Money Withdraw From A Business By Its Owner..

In the Quality management system Drawing is not the part of it.

It's according to the activity of the organization, if there's drawings, then, it will be a master file for the QMS...the guidelines also are according to how you use them (as per the Quality Manual)

Let me not be too technical about the question but If you look at the question itself. Number1 to  5 explains itself. Records is not the part of QMS although i understand that the QM system itself is used to keep all the quality records. Not unless the word changes to Painting records, welding records or load test records. Drawings is part of the QMS but not records.

All of what you mentioned are parts of any QMS. However, how they exist or how they used is different.

Guidelines can be governmental or corporate. Based on guidelines, you build the quality manual, based on which you build the quality plan.

Drawings is a part of the records.

Records are the means of documentation for all activities.

Hope this answers your question
