Refrigerant temperature depends upon the type of refrigerant and applications ( DX,Chillers .. )
For a DX System ,R410 refrigerant condenses usually at60-70 Deg C with usually sub-cooling of3-5 Deg C taking place.
It expands and evaporates at a very low temperature of5-8 Deg C thus causing cooling and condensation of the room air by picking up latent heat.
After picking up heat from the evaporator it then proceeds to the compressor again to be compressed and usually lies in the temperature zone of10-15 Deg C and is thus compressed to a greator pressure and temperature of60-70 Deg C thereafter which it proceeds to condensation and the cycle repeats again.
Hope I have answered your doubts.
