Streamlining the Review & Approval Process Makes All Parties Satisfied
The loop of involving your clients, educating them through research and your expertise, then delivering on their more informed decisions is what makes all parties successful and satisfied. With the proper programs in place, managing the review and approval process in an efficient manner between you and your clients should be seamless.
Just like everyone else, your clients want to feel in control and that they’re being valued by you and your agency. The more value you can provide your clients by working alongside them and educating them throughout the process, the more of a trusted advisor they’ll consider you to be, rather than just a service provider.
if your manager gives you the feed back of the clients you should approve it.
Although the client is NOT always right, they are the one's paying the bill and the design should be a reflection of their needs and taste. Approval of draft design is therefor more important being given by the client before submitting to your manager who liaises with the client too and who would not be happy with YOU if the client is unsatisfied not having seen and approved your design before submitting it to a manager for approval.
There are no. of people involved before design goes finally to the client for the feedback.
Once design execution is done it as to be approved by Creative head followed by Client servicing to ensure that the developed designs are inline with the brief and finally to the client. As always client is the decision maker however at time creative team and or client servicing do try to give client their expert advice which is up to the client to consider it or not.
we should listen to the client and should also keep the manager informed if it is not exceeding our budget and then time to change the design should also be discussed.
Of course i values the approval of a client most since the design is for him and if he is satisfied with it then i can go to the manager to get some final touch ups and proof reading.
