As an Employee How you handle your Boss when He get Arrogant with the staff?

The first one is about how to deal with a bad boss, with a specific section in there about arrogance, the second one in talks about research into how people respond to bad bosses which interestingly found that responding to negative management with negative behaviours doesn't really help the situation, but that the individual at least feels better about the situation and has higher self esteem.
