Backup of Exchange server using Windows backup.

Question

I am using Windows2008 Server not R2 with Exchange Server2007. For our Exchange Server database we have used a disk drive partition which is more than the size of3 TB. Now if i am going to do the backup task of this drive using windows server2008 backup utility it won't allow to backup this drive. How can I do this task without using other third party softwares ?

Issue is windows backup does not supports more than single2TB of a partition or drive.
