To what extent do you think customer surveys about sales people work?

when the customer's need is not fulfilled or not satisfied like about the quality of service and product and customer may get frustrated, in this situation the customer can give a negative remark for the sales. If sales person servicing well to  customer and happy with the quality and the level of  service, here the customer is giving coming back again indirectly
