Can the organization use both of accrual and cash basis system in one time or not ?

I can give you a real life example, In fact we shouldn't do this . However, as I tell you this happened one time in my working fields because of the reporting requirements  for a multinational company.

It is better to use one at a time depending on the nature of business operation. Utilising both at the same time will not be good since each has a different underlying concept.
