The best is crossmedia when you connect three or more social media networks. Usually the twitter support other sm like facebook, google+ or vk. Also don't forget some social media could be useful for promotion and loyalty more in some field for example you could easily promote hotel by recognizing location with Fousquare, also supporting by grate photos of beach view provided by Instagram or Pinterest.... The most working to unite all this social media... But for good marketolog this is not enough... You should use not just social media, but promote the site by SEO or context advertisement promotion and add some good recommendations of trusted specialists on the several different forums. It would work better.

I think Facebook and Google + both are right websites to do marketing on social media websites.  In both the websites a hotel owner can list its business so that people came to know about the features, latest offers. 

You can also start a blog at any reputable blogging site.

What you have to do all is to give images/photos to people to be able to Share, Pin and Google+ it, messages will not be attractive if you don't have some relevant graphics to go with it...
