Why did you choose your field of specialization?

Well I choose mine because i find human resource management interesting as as an HR specialist one can help people with their problems, can lead people towards organization goals, and truly drive the organization towards its best by managing the most important part of it "The human Capital".

In Human Resources: I found the work in this department is very interesting - how to deal with staff problems & help them to find a solution of thier problems, provide administration services to the staff (and this is due to me benefit in my personal life).
and also recruitment operations: I found the possibility of helping job seekers to get suitable jobs for them, and at the same time to choose the right staff in the right place to get goals of the company are looking for.
In general to work as HR specialist or in recruitment operations - make you leadership in the work.

I find HR is backbone of any organisation , and is the only department who link with each every department of organisation , which work with human not with machines , which understand the human need and try to solve there issue not machine , its like you are creating an healthy environment for work , in my view HR is best position where you can help people and solve out there issue while earning.
