I guess that front desk staff will be the last department or section in hospitality which could be replaced by machines and robots because the solving of problem, discussion and serving of the guests need humanity: Face to face, eye to eye, the guest should feel the appreciation and welcoming from the warm human heart with a smile. The guest should feel the personal of hotels respects him and ready to help with a great pleasure
