Should Top Management involve in the implementation of Financial System as this directly relates to Accountants?

Involvement of Top Management is highly weighted. Usually its not only a shift from one system to another. Along with with many other parameters, successful implementation involves change management, people adaptability as well. If involvement of Top Management is absent, all issues which are happening at people/department level will start effecting the implementation which can lead to failure of the Project.
