I think it's c - Effectiveness . Because no matter if you do have mass logistics , still you should be able to create something in the minds of the customers as your go to one . That can be build upon how effective you . For ex - DHl and FEDEX both are mass logistics but most people prefer DHL , because of the defectiveness which they bring on the table
