How can maintain being No 1 after reaching it ?

First of all i would like to thank you for taking the chance to anwer my question. Secondly i asked a general question being number one in anything i meant wither if u r team member or on an individual basis . The actual meaning of my question to be more clear is how u can maintain being number one generally and in anything if happened that you achieved it ?

Number one at what? as an individual or a team? a company? there are two many factors to be considered unless you can be very specific.

 

if its sports its impossible unless you are a club or a team not an individual. A club may hire the right talent and have the right resources in place constantly and here you have a chance but still no assurance (again control over all external variables is impossibly essential)

 

my advice to you is instead of (looking at the number1) put clear measurable achievable targets for every period and work on achieving them and maintain constant growth.
