What is the difference between performance % complete, physical % complete and schedule % complete?

These are calculated and stored separately in the P6 database.

Thank you Anisuddin for your valuable question.
The three terms are very important in monitoring, controlling and tracking the project progress.
The performance% complete is used when you use the amount of the units consumed as a percentage of the total that is needed to complete the work.
The physical % complete is used when you use the actual measurements of the work done that you use to update the project with,as a percentage of the total amount of the work of the project.
The schedule % complete is used when you use the duration of the work done of the project as a percentage of the total duration of the project to show your stage.
Thank you Best regards

Performance pc is the percentage of units consumed over the total units available Physical pc issued when u update the schedule manually ..u can use I based on yr assumption of progress of the activity Schedule pc is the time consumed over the total time for an activity You may use any of these to analyse the progress of the project
