What level of safety do think, that you should have while you are using nowadays technical devices? As well as, how to adapt with in secure level?

Mid level security in best cases, my opinion is:

User should decide for " What is the porpoise of using that device?".  So the porpoise should be business or personal. Then security issues should handle on this point of view.   

For business:

-No upload or download from or to unknown sources.

-No personal accounts or email, text traffic.

- Basic Training about phishing email, messages etc.
