Orphans tend to be defined as children aged under18 who have lost their mother, father or both parents (UNAIDS et al.
2004).
Vulnerable childrencan be defined as children whose safety, well-being or development is at significant risk.
Amongst others, such children can include children orphaned due to AIDS, children infected with HIV, children caring for terminally sick parents with AIDS, fostered children, children in poor households which have taken in orphans, disabled children, street children, children exposed to excessively hazardous labor, children involved in the sex industry, children affected by conflict, migrant children and children out of school.
The extent to which such children can be said to be vulnerable will vary from place to place and community to community.
In2007, an estimated145 million children0 to17 years old were orphaned, having lost one or both parents (UNICEF2008b).
Many millions of other children can be described as vulnerable, due to the effects of illness and poverty.
There are many reasons for this situation, including conflict, disease, and accidents.
However, in recent times, a new and significant cause of the increase in orphans and vulnerable children has been the impact of the HIV pandemic.
Now, the orphanage child and vulnerable child treated as whole of our social child and a part of national manpower resource.
We must nurse, rear and educate them to build their proper life. The effective educations for orphanage child may be provide as follows:       a)      Non-formal education- behavioral education   b)      Formal education- academic education   c)      Health care education- caring for health   d)      Technical education- professional education   e)      Social learning   f)        Environmental learning   g)      Physical education   h)      Cultural education   i)        Volunteer service education   j)        Education for family life

Improving access to education for orphaned and vulnerable girls and boys is the first step to improving their living conditions. An education provides children with the skills and knowledge to prepare them for local income-generating projects when they get older, and allow them to help themselves and their communities. Education can lead to long-term economic growth and ultimately towards sustainable development.

The same as for any other child. Being an Orphan is a tragic circumstance, it is not an illness, disease or any other disability. There are wider reaching social problems which may have to be overcome, but a normal education path should be just as accessible to an orphaned child as to any other child.
