The combustion chamber is the area inside the engine where the fuel/air mixture is compressed and then ignited. It is generally formed on one side by the shape cast into the cylinder head, and on the other side by the top of the piston. When the piston is at top-dead-center the chamber is at its smallest dimension, and this is the time when the fuel/air mixture is at its most unstable condition and ready to be ignited. The better the combustion chamber is designed the better the engine "breathes;" that is, the more efficient the overall flow of air through the engine.
A combustion chamber is a speaker that can withstand sudden changes in pressure and temperatur
A combustion chamber in an engine is an opening where you have a cylinder head and two valves and spark plug generally. The fuel is sucked from one valve cavity and the air is sucked from the other, and because of the compression from the cylinder head, the fuel and air gets ignited by the help of the spark plug. Hence the combustion cycle happens in a combustion chamber.
A combustion chamber is that part of an internal combustion engine (ICE) in which the fuel/air mix is burned.
The Combustion chamber is the space where the compressed mixture is ignited to creat power in all types of engine.
the combustion chambers in the engine is called cylinders and that's where a measured fuel and air ignite
An enclosed space in which combustion takes place, such as the space above the piston in the cylinder head of an internal combustion engine or the chambers in a gas turbine or rocket engine in which fuel and oxidant burn.
